The outer part of the base is decorated in the form of a lock. The interior is more like a normal Well: a tower with two elevators and ramps along the walls. The flag lies in a closed grate pit, at the top of the tower. To open the grate, you need to shoot a button on the wall. Next, you need to jump to the flag and then the pit floor will rise (with you), to the level of the tower itself. Touchdown is also in the tower, but below.
