WELCOME, NEWCOMERS!
Tired of playing ridiculous, oversized Christmas maps? Bored with Haloween? SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR BUDDIES WHINING AND COMPLAINING?
This is Festivus, a holiday map for the rest of us.
There is no flag. Just a simple aluminum pole. (It has a very high strength-to-weight ratio.)
There are no control points, No cap points. No buttons, no doors, no lifts, NOTHING.
Festivus begins with the airing of grievances. Let the other participants know EXACTLY WHAT YOU THINK OF THEM.
After the airing of grievances comes the feats of strength. There is no variety here, no class choices. You get SOLIDIER, and THATS IT.
Normally, the Festivus celebration ends when the host is subdued - here, it is over when the frag or time limit has been reached. That is all.
HAPPY FESTIVUS, EVERYONE!
Celebrate it every December 23, or whenever you feel the need.
